All returns must be made within 10 days from delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without tags, if damaged, has any odor, or markings, or has been washed. We only refund through store credit with the shipping cost deducted. Items on sale are not eligible for return.

Items are not able to be cancelled once processed through our system.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. All tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order.
